NEW BUSINESS Discuss response to Cost of Government Commission’s letter dated August 5, 2010 (Comm. 10-03) Report from Ad Hoc Committee regarding results of the Chief’s evaluation Nomination/Election of Officers for 2011 EXECUTIVE SESSION To consider the results of the Fire Chief’s evaluation where consideration of matter affecting privacy will be involved and a closed session is requested, and to consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. (Pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a)(2) and (a)(4) and Hawai‘i County Charter Section 13-20(b)).
