Correa, and Doe Defendants 1-10, Civil No. 3CCV-23-0000449 CONSIDERATION AND INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS (Briefly summarized) • HPC 23-40: Complainant alleges false theft report and excessive use of force by officers. • HPC 23-41: Complainant alleges that officer laughed at victim and called her rude. Complainant alleges officer did not provide her a police report number. • HPC 24-02: Complainant alleges excessive use of force by unknown officer. • HPC 24-03: Complainant alleges that officer did not arrest responsible person who attacked complainant. Complainant alleges that officer did not conduct photo lineup and did not add details to police report. • HPC 24-05: Complainant alleges misconduct in regards to officer-involved traffic accident. (No HPD Officers are currently being called in to respond to this Complaint). • HPC 24-09: Complainant alleges violation of temporary restraining order was not documented by officer. Complainant alleges officer was hostile upon requesting a follow up. • HPC 24-10_ Complainant alleges officer did not document claim of stalking and assault.
