been generated. <br />Mr. Nelson stated that shortly after the incident, he went back to the <br />Pahoa Fire Station and specifically asked for the name of the short Asian <br />guy and was told it was Okutsu and that is how he is putting this together. <br />When Mr. Nelson went back to the station, he said they gave him the run <br />around and said they couldn’t give him the namesand that he would have <br />to go to the Chief’s office in Hilo. Mr. Nelson drove to the Chief’s office <br />and after the person that helped him go through what appeared to be a log <br />book, there was no documentation of the incident. <br />Mr. Nelson asked Chief Oliveira if he has a right to know the names of the <br />individuals that was working on the day of the incident and why was he not <br />provided the names of the individuals when we went to the Pahoa Fire <br />Station several days after the incident. <br />Chief Oliveira replied that it’s public information on who was working that <br />day and that he would have to ask the individual what the reason was for <br />not wanting to disclose that information.
