From: 21aakea
To: WPCtestimony
Subject: Objecting to this Punaluu project
Date: Sunday,March 3,2024 12:34:30 PM
I do not support this development.
1.An Enviornmental Impact Study needs to happen.
2. This proposal has huge negative implications for an environmentally sensitive area-Hawksbill Turtle habitat.
3. There is no infrastructure to support an influx of people and traffic,--water,waste,roads.
4. Why allow the destruction of a pristine and sacred land for the benefit of developers.
5.This development,so near the coast, within 200'feet of the high water mark, puts people and facilities in danger
from tsunami and flooding.
6.Please consider the impact on the land and community, supporting the people and community who elected you to
serve and protect.
7. This project adds nothing to the quality of life for the land and people.
8.All meetings considering this proposal should be held on Saturdays so all working people can have a voice.
9. Do your job of taking care of the people and environment at Punalu'u and disallow this project.
I do not support this development at Punalu'u.
Sincerely
Nancy M Woolley
Sent from my iPad
