The wastewater system is probably contaminating the ocean and must be replaced. <br /> The last Environmental Impact Statement done for the area was done almost two decades ago, but <br /> the developer balks at updating it. No shoreline certification is planned, though sea levels are <br /> steadily rising. Previous developments in the area have failed. <br /> I urge this Commission and the developer to listen to the voices of the community and protect this <br /> irreplaceable treasure. <br />
