For years we have heard <br /> words about improving infrastructure...but the real story is there has been no satisfactory action <br /> taken to support the existing infrastructure. Approving a huge new Project without first having hard <br /> evidence of actual existing infrastructure improvement would be unwise. If one does not keep a <br /> clean house...will they keep clean an even bigger house? <br /> Additionally,the Project is dangerously close to the coastline,endangering our precious sea life, as <br /> well as permanently changing the character of our beloved Hawai'i. <br /> Thank you for your consideration. <br />
