I strongly believe <br /> their plan of action will not benefit the current residents at this time. <br /> Born and raised on Hawaii Island has given me the opportunity to visit Ka'u, and specifically <br /> Punalu'u. <br /> I feel that no benefits for the people of Ka'u will come with doing business with Black Sand <br /> Beach LLC. There are numerous health and safety issues that have yet to be addressed with <br /> the current land owners.
