MOTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />It was moved by Commissioner Fergerstrom at 11:36 a.m., that the Fire <br />Commission go into executive session to consider disciplineand charges against <br />employees of the Hawaii County Fire Department where consideration of <br />matters affecting privacy will be involved and a closed session is requested, and <br />to consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the <br />commission€s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. (Pursuant to <br />HRS 92-5(2) and Hawaii County Charter Section 13-20(b). <br />Commissioner Brazier seconded the motion. Commissioners Matsuda, Okabe, <br />and Hart called ayes. Commissioner Browne called a nay.
