Corporation Counsel Ashida suggested that they request written <br />correspondence from the Mayor, the Fire Chief, or from Councilman <br />Hoffman. <br />Commissioner Fergerstrom questioned who would approach and request <br />this from Councilman Hoffman. <br />Corporation Counsel Ashida stated normally Council Members takes it <br />upon themselves to seize the opportunity. <br />Commissioner Fergerstrom questioned which district Councilman <br />Hoffman€s represented. <br />Corporation Counsel Ashida replied that he represents District 9. <br />Commissioner Fergerstrom recommended that Chief Oliveira make a joint <br />effortwiththeMayortodowrittencorrespondence. <br />CommissionerBrownecommentedthatCouncilmanHoffmanrepresented <br />his district.
