And let the record <br />reflect that Ms. De Soto abstained from the vote because she was not present at that meeting. <br />Let's see, next on the agenda is "Communications"oh, you were not present— <br />Ms. <br />resentMs. Gay Mathews has just mentioned that she was not present at the January 22nd 2024, <br />meeting, but she can still vote by reading the meeting minutes.
