The motion was seconded by Commissioner Okabe and unanimously <br />carried. <br />Commissioner Bertsch moved to accept the March 14, 2007, executive session <br />minutes. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Rosehill and unanimously <br />carried. <br />APPROVAL OF WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS <br />Commissioner Maedo moved to accept communication numbers 07-08 and <br />07-10. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Bertsch and unanimously <br />carried. <br />MOTION TO GO TO EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Commissioner Bertsch moved and Commissioner Maedo seconded meeting in <br />an executive session to consider the discipline of or charges brought against an <br />employee of the Hawai'i County Fire Department, where consideration of matters <br />affecting privacy will be involved and aclosed session is requested and to <br />consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the <br />commissionspowers,duties,privileges,immunities,andliabilitiespursuantto <br />HRS 92-5(2) and Hawai'i County Charter Section 13-20(b).
