9. The Applicant shall comply with food service operations notification and permit <br /> requirements in the State Department of Health's Administrative Rules, Title 11, <br /> Chapter 50, Food Safety Code, as it pertains to bed and breakfast operations. <br /> 10. The Applicant shall comply with all applicable County, State and Federal laws, <br /> rules, regulations, and requirements in connection with the approved use, prior to <br /> its commencement or establishment upon the subject properties. <br /> 11. Should any of the conditions not be met or substantially complied with in a timely <br /> fashion,the Director may initiate procedures to revoke this Special Permit. <br /> 11 <br />
