The statements and the Department's position was that if there are no <br />documents or anything else filed in this matter, then it would proceed, so as of today, <br />we have not received any further documentation regarding this matter. So, we feel <br />that the Commission can move forward with the documents that was submitted on <br />September 7, 2023, regarding the Change in Members. So, the summary of the <br />Change in Members, is the removal/withdrawal of Zion Timeshel, and the admission <br />of Michael Silva, as Member. <br />Nishimoto: Thank you for that explanation. RG-715; located at <br />12-5032 Pahoa Kalapana Road, Pahoa, Hawaii; Seconded <br />by Commissioner Espejo. <br />Nishimoto: Any discussion of the motion? <br />Wilkinson: Questions, I remember I had copious notes last time, so our licensee is <br />Michael Silva, right? Who's the current licensee? <br />Gonzalez: Hawaiian Food Services Group is the licensee, they are member -managed, <br />so on record right now as a member for that licensee is Zion Timshel, they're trying to <br />remove him and replace him with Michael Silva.
