Nishimoto: May I have a motion to approve? <br />Greenwell: Greenwell makes a motion to approve. <br />Nishimoto: Thank you, may I have a second? <br />Okabe: Okabe, second. <br />Commissioner Greenwell moved to approve the Change in <br />Officers/Directors, and Application for Transfer of Stock as <br />follows: Election of Don Kim, as Vice President, effective <br />November 27, 2023; Removal of Joon Kim, President, <br />Secretary, and Director; appointment of Jean Lee, as Vice <br />President; and Change in Title of Don Kim, from Vice President <br />to President; effective February 10, 2024, by form received <br />February 20, 2024; 50% Stock Transfer from Joon Kim to <br />Jean Lee, Vice President; effective February 10, 2024, by form <br />received February 27, 2024; Personal History and Affidavits for <br />Don Kim, President; and Jean Lee, Vice President; of its Retail <br />General liquor license, located at the Sunset Shopping Plaza, <br />77-6425 Kuakini Highway, C-101, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; <br />Seconded by Commissioner Okabe. <br />Nishimoto: Any discussion on the motion? <br />There was no discussion by Commissioners. <br />Nishimoto: Let's take a vote.
