45. All hosting platforms registered with the Department shall submit monthly reports <br />to the Director and shall include: the name of the person responsible for each <br />listing; the physical address and tax map key number of each listing; the transient <br />accommodation tax identification number; the length of stay for each listing; and <br />the fee charged for each stay. <br />COMPLAINTS AND ENFORCEMENT OF HOSTING PLATFORMS <br />46. Proposed Section 25-4-17-3 Penalties indicates that the Planning Director can <br />fine hosting platforms with civil fines of not less than $1,000 and not more than <br />$10,000 for each day that the violation occurs. <br />47. Proposed Section 25-4-17.4 Notice of violation and order; cancelation of <br />registration; appeal of Bill 121 requires the Director to send any notice of <br />violation and order in writing to the hosting platform within ten days of <br />occurrence of the violation. <br />48.
