I am submitting <br /> testimony in opposition to Bill 122.The question I must ask is WHY? Why is this unneeded legislation <br /> being proposed? What positive outcome is expected by repealing Bed & Breakfast as a permitted use? <br /> Six pages of legislation to repeal a B&B is superfluous and unnecessary. Bed & Breakfast venues are the <br /> cherished and preferred lodging for many visitors. Why is this option being proposed?
