The project area is located on the upper <br /> portion of the parcels, along the west side of the Mamalahoa Highway Bypass, about 0.4 miles <br /> north of its intersection with Haleki`i Street <br /> The transmittal includes a) the application form; b) a letter of authorization allowing our office to <br /> file the application on the landowner's behalf, c) a list of surrounding property owners within <br /> five hundred (500) feet of the subject parcels; and d)background & environmental report, which <br /> includes the location and proposed site plan.
