Existing noise <br /> ordinances are comprehensive enough to address concerns without <br /> imposing additional quiet hour policies that could result in arbitrary <br /> enforcement. <br /> For instance, if a homeowner's family celebration extends slightly past 8 pm, <br /> it should not result in penalization, especially when the existing ordinances <br /> already manage such situations effectively.
