KUNZ: So, that second bullet could start, "You then will be given an opportunity "—or you <br />are—take out the word "Appellant" you going take out the word "the" right. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Yeah. Just say, "You will be given..." <br />MR. KUNZ: Yeah. Okay. <br />CHR. CABANAS: "an opportunity to cross-examine" <br />MR. KUNZ: That can work. <br />CHR. CABANAS: "cross-examine each witness." <br />MR. KUNZ: Okay. <br />MS. MATHEWS: Do we even need the "Each witness is sworn in prior to <br />questioning/testifying." <br />CHR.
