Real Property Tax Administrator Keita Jo, Appraisal Supervisor Dionne Costa, RPT <br />Appeals Board Clerk Tyoany Tavares. <br />Absent: Board Members: Diane Blance?-Maddock and Kurt Sullivan. <br /> <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />There were no statements from the public. <br /> <br />TAX APPEAL CASE HEARINGS <br /> <br />Note: Prior to the start of the case hearings, Deputy Corpora?on Counsel Sylvia Wan, announced the <br />general procedures of the appeal hearing and advised all Appellants and the Department of the <br />procedure the Board would be following for the rendering of their decision and the Appellants’ further <br />right to appeal to the Tax Appeal Court located in Honolulu within 30 days from the date of the decision <br />le?er that the appellant will be receiving via cer?fied mail. <br /> <br />For each appeal case, the appraiser submi?ed a packet of informa?on to the Board, unless there had <br />been a prior se?lement with the Appellant or withdrawal. If the Appellant was not present, any <br />informa?on sent in by the Appellant was presented to the Board along with the appraisers’ packet. <br /> <br /> <br />CASE #47910 – WEINBERGER,KORI A/CSIGE,PAUL <br />TMK 7-3-062-036-0000 <br /> <br />Note: Deputy Corpora?on Counsel, Sylvia Wan, did disclose for the record that she and the appellant, Ms. <br />Kori Weinberger do personally know one another from a?ending law school together, but that Ms. Wan <br />will not be recusing herself from the case as she is the legal advisor for the Tax Board of Review and does <br />not make the Board’s decisions. <br /> <br />The appellants, Kori and Paul, were present for the hearing. Present for the County was appraiser Wendy <br />Hunt and Valua?on Analyst, Derek Fondy. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
