Hawaii County Dept. of Human Resources 04/26/2024 12:25:40 PM <br />Merit Appeals Board May 3, 2024 <br />B) FY 2023-2024 Annual Performance Evaluation of the Director of Human <br />Resources (HR) Process; and FY 2023-2024 Human Resources Employee Survey <br />(Note: At its meeting held on April 25, 2024, the Board postponed this matter to <br />their next meeting.) <br />o Proposed timeline to distribute surveys and deadline for responses <br />o SurveyMonkey questions for FY 2023-2024 (Line Department Survey) <br />o SurveyMonkey questions for FY 2023-2024 (Employee Survey) <br />o Merit Appeals Board's Evaluation Tool for the Director of HR for <br />FY 2023-2024 <br />o Define target audience/survey participants <br />Executive Session <br />The Merit Appeals Board anticipates convening one or more executive meetings <br />regarding the above matter, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4, 92-5(a)(2) and <br />92-5(a)(4), to consider the hire, evaluation, dismissal, or discipline of an officer or <br />employee of the County of Hawaii, where considerations of matters affecting <br />privacy will be involved and consulting with the Board's attorney on questions and <br />issues pertaining to the Board's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and <br />liabilities.
