See attached site and floor plans, Sheets A1.0 and A2.0. <br /> 6. A shoreline survey of the subject property, as certified by the Chairman of the Board of Land <br /> and Natural Resources, when the subject property abuts the shoreline. The certified shoreline <br /> survey shall be prepared m accordance with the Department of Land and Natural Resources <br /> Rules of Practice and Procedure. A request to waive the need to prepare a certified shoreline <br /> survey may be submitted in writing to the Planning Director. <br /> See attached Shoreline Survey <br /> 7.
