I <br /> am writing to express my wholehearted support for Punalu'u Black Sand Beach development, <br /> I am confident that this project will bring numerous benefits to our region, including: <br /> 1. Strengthening Community Bonds: The development will foster a sense of unity and <br /> collaboration among our diverse communities. Encouraging us to work together towards a <br /> common goal. <br /> 2. Generating Job Opportunities: The project will create much -needed job for people of all <br /> ages helping to sustain our local economy and enabling residents to remain in the area <br /> 3. Promoting wellness: The inclusion of a wellness center demonstrates a commitment to the <br /> health and well-being of the community members,providing access to essential services and <br /> resources. <br /> 4. Preserving Cultural Heritage: The development will serve as a platform for educating both <br /> young and old about the rich cultural significance of punalu'u of Punalu'u area, ensuring that <br /> our unique history and traditions are respected and celebrated. <br /> 5. Repairing of the old sewage system and water resources need to be able to put out fire. <br /> I firmly believe that Punalu'u Black Sand Beach development will contribute positively to our <br /> community's growth and prosperity while honoring our cultural roots. I urge the Commission <br /> to approve this project and support the Vision of Eva Liu and Punalu'u Black Sand Beach LLC <br /> Mahalo for your Time. <br />
