There needs to be a new EIS and a Disaster Mitigation Plan. <br /> This is currently a requirement. <br /> Since these things could not be any clearer, you are expected to enforce these laws <br /> and we expect you to do so. <br /> I have read that there is a movement also at the State level to eliminate the need for <br /> these things because we need affordable housing. <br /> This is not affordable housing and we do not want this desecration on these pristine <br /> lands. <br /> Please do your job. <br /> Thank you. <br /> Marion Geruschat <br />
