A 2006 EIS is unacceptable. <br /> Currently, several fire hydrants in our subdivision (Kalana Estates) do not work and all we get <br /> are broken promises. Eva Liu has known about our water issues for years yet she does nothing. <br /> Public safety means nothing to her. <br /> Lastly,the honu will be negatively impacted by this development should it be approved. <br /> Tourists have been abusing the honu for years and it will only get worse if this is approved. <br /> Mahalo, <br /> Kevin Reiss <br />
