We've been here for hundreds <br /> of years without Hotels and Resorts. Why do we need it now! We do not need it and we do not <br /> want it. It will destroy Ka'u and our natural habitats. It will destroy our resources like fresh <br /> water, limu and i'a. There is No EIS? Sewage and chemical run off from golf course will do <br /> long term damage. Too much tourists as it is. Punalu'u is not big enough to accommodate that <br /> much Humans plus the families that grew up and live in Ka'u. .. The families of Ka'u will lose <br /> out on our very few sand beaches! Too much cultural sites that need to be protected. Punalu'u <br /> and the entire district of Ka'u should be banned of Hotels and Resorts!!!! Please do not let <br /> Greed manipulate the States choice to make the Right and Porto decisions for the future of <br /> Punalu'u or our district of Ka'u! Especially the future of our keiki! I oppose the development <br /> of Punalu'u! A'ole!!! <br />
