e <br />s <br />a <br />f <br />t <br />u <br />11 <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII- STATE OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. 439 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE COUNTY OF HAWAII GEN- <br />ERAL PLAN AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 317. BE IT OR- <br />DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Adoption of the County of Hawaii General Plan <br />The County of Hawaii General Plan, September 1971, Plan- <br />ning Department, consisting of an introduction, twelve (12) main <br />elements and respective subsections; an amending procedure; a <br />Land Use Allocation Map for each of the nine (9) districts; and a <br />Facilities Map for each of the nine (9) districts; marked as Exhibits <br />A, B, C, and D respectively, hereto attached and made a part hereof, <br />is hereby adopted and enacted to take effect on approval of this <br />ordinance. <br />SECTION 2. Repeal. <br />Ordinance 317 of the Continuing Ordinances of the County of <br />Hawaii, 1960, and all subsequent amendments to the General <br />Plans referred therein, are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3.
