• Posted Information. Registrations and nonconforming use certificates, if <br />applicable, shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises that <br />is readily visible to an inspector. For numerous nonconforming use <br />certificates that are associated with a single address, certificates may be <br />visible in a common area. <br />33. Good neighbor standards. All TARs must abide by a good neighbor policy and <br />include the following: <br />• Renter Limit. A renter limit that shall not exceed the renter limit <br />established at the initial registration; registration of all overnight renters <br />shall be included in the rental agreement. <br />• Gathering Sizes. The calculation of gathering sizes is limited to two times <br />the overnight limit with a requirement that gathering sizes must use the <br />off-street parking available. <br />• Breakfast Meals. Breakfast meals may be offered to registered guests in <br />hosted TARs. Owners who wish to serve breakfast shall be required to <br />secure a permit from the State Department of Health. <br />• Events. Special events such as weddings, wedding receptions, concerts or <br />events, are prohibited unless allowed by a special permit or use permit. <br />Conditions and terms of special use permits and use permits shall be <br />complied with in an effort to mitigate impacts to surrounding properties. <br />• Quiet Hours. Quiet hours shall be from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. <br />• Parking. Off-street parking shall meet the requirements set forth in section <br />25-4-51 and all guests vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite <br />parking areas. <br />34. Advertising and signage standards. Other standards that all TARs must abide <br />by include advertising and signage standard requirements that include the <br />following: <br />• All print and internet advertising shall include the TARs registration <br />number and, if applicable, non -conforming use numbers. <br />-10- <br />
