Hawaii Police Commission <br /> Meeting Agenda <br /> May 17, 2024 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Submitting Written Testimony: Written testimony may be submitted via email at <br /> Charisse.Correa@hawaiicounty.gov, by mail, or in person to the Police Commission's office at <br /> 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 9, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. Written testimony must be received by 12:00 <br /> noon, two business days before the meeting to ensure timely delivery to the Commission. <br /> Oral Testimony: Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will <br /> hear public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is <br /> called or as allowed at the sole discretion of the Chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) <br /> minutes, please plan accordingly. <br /> Special Assistance: If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a <br /> disability, contact the commission's secretary by phone at (808) 932-2950 or by email at <br /> Charisse.Correa@hawaiicounty.gov as soon as possible, preferably three days before the <br /> meeting date. Requests made as early as possible have a greater likelihood of being fulfilled. <br /> Upon request, this notice is available in alternate/accessible formats. <br />
