Who can be quiet playing in a pool?I know all this personally because we live in a neighborhood that <br /> has STVRS and it has affected us for years as does our local neighbors.KEEP THEM OUT OF <br /> NEIGHBORHOODS.If any of these Mainland owners or Realtors who rent out these places lived next door to them <br /> and had to deal with them 24/7,they would be against them too!
