On or about the 31 st day of July 2023, in the County and State of Hawaii, <br />Licensee, Morimoto Foods, LLC, dba TJ's Pau Hana Hale, failed to submit a Final Gross <br />Liquor Sales Report by the deadline of July 31, 2023, in violation of Rule 3-6(A)(2) of the Rules <br />and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of the County <br />of Hawaii, State of Hawaii. <br />should further note, Chair, that the Licensee has in fact selected Alternative IV, admitting <br />to the allegation, stipulating that disciplinary process or action may be taken without their <br />presence, waiving its right to a hearing and an appeal, subjecting itself to the penalties <br />pursuant to Rule 1.12, which is a $100.00 fine for the first offense.
