Frenz: Yes, Chair. First I'd indicate that the Licensee has in fact reached a settlement <br />agreement with the Department in this case. The Complaint and Accusation states that on <br />or about the 28th day of June 2023, in the County and State of Hawaii, the Licensee, IES <br />Retail, LLC, dba IES Retail, LLC, failed to notify the Commission in writing within 30 days <br />of August 2, 2022, of the appointment of Albert Chee Jr., Joshua Goldman, and Thomas <br />Lamothe, as Managers;, in violation of Section 281-41(i) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, <br />as amended. <br />would also indicate for this Board that the Licensee has in fact selected Alternative I, <br />admitting to the allegation, stipulating that disciplinary action may be taken without their <br />presence, and waiving its right to a hearing and an appeal. <br />Fuke: Okay, thank you very much.
