Please ask the writer of the bill the following questions to <br /> help you make a decision: <br /> How many STVRs will be removed from the market because of this bill? How much will that <br /> cost the county? How many of those do you expect to switch to long term rental? How many <br /> less tourists will come to the island because of the decreased housing and as a result how <br /> many jobs and how much less tax revenue do you expect? <br /> They won't be able to answer because they don't know and haven't bothered to look into it. <br /> That is no way to run a decision making process let alone a multi billion dollar economy.
