`,u vet <br /> e <br /> i kyr <br /> m m <br /> • <br /> is <br /> BUREAU- <br /> VE,R,TAS: <br /> Mr. Duane Kanuha, Director Page 2 <br /> County of Hawaii Project No. 17014-014209.00 <br /> Department of Planning and Permitting(DPP) Ensite No. 21767 <br /> March 24, 2015 <br /> Property Owner: Waikoloa Baptist Church currently owns the site. <br /> Current Land Use: The subject parcel is currently used as the Waikoloa Baptist Church and residence <br /> Proposed Action: According to VZW, the proposed action involves the leasing of an approximate 25-foot <br /> by 30-foot lease area in an open field north of the Waikoloa Baptist Church, for the installation of a 65-foot <br /> monopalm (monopole disguised as a palm tree) mounted with 12 panel antennas. Associated equipment <br /> cabinets, and a 30 kilowatt generator are also planned to be located within the lease space. <br /> Construction activity is anticipated to have a minor impact to the ground surface. <br /> Adjoining Property Use: The adjoining properties consist of residential lands.
