The Department of Health (DOH)has noted that a food establishment permit will be required if meals are to include "potentially hazardous food" or if the number of guests exceeds 6. If the bed and breakfast will only offer commercial cereal,pastries,bread, fruits,coffee,tea, and juice,then a food establishment permit is not required.
