It says that you'll be keeping the kitchen open for the duration <br />of the hours of operation? <br />Yoon (Chong): No, I cannot hire employees right now, so I'm just temporarily open for <br />only the bar. The kitchen, not yet, just a little bit but it's not open for the full menu. <br />Takase: I think under their plan, they want to open a regular Korean restaurant, and <br />they have use of their kitchen up in Waimea, the Yum Yum. So, eventually they want to <br />have a full Korean restaurant down here, but I think she's having trouble getting people <br />for the restaurant. <br />Espejo: Thank you. <br />Taniguchi: I have a question, so the violation that's over here, that's for the previous <br />owner, yeah? <br />Takase: Yes. <br />Taniguchi: Okay, just clarifying, thank you. <br />Nishimoto: Is there a tentative opening date that you're shooting for? <br />Takase: They're actually already open. <br />Nishimoto: You're already open? <br />Yoon (Daniel): Yes. <br />Nishimoto: Okay, because I know last time you were doing renovations.
