Takase: But, I don't want to make it sound that hopeless because you know as a Commission, you have the ability every year to review all of the licensees, and anytime a complaint comes up, even if it was good then, you can still say we got problems now, and add restrictions to it, or if there's nothing done, you could always revoke the license. Wilkinson: And, that's where the concern for me is with kicking this out so far past the public comment period. If something is going on three years just like you said, the neighborhood changes, are the neighbors fully aware of what's about to open? That's my concern. Nishimoto: Any other discussion?
