/109:42 AM <br />Nishimoto: Good morning. <br />Gota: Good morning, Chair, Members of the Commission, Neil Gota, appearing on <br />behalf of Volume Services, Inc., doing business as Sodexo Live! — Hilo. <br />Nishimoto: Could you please describe the business. <br />Gota: This is a restaurant application for the space at Hilo International Airport. <br />Nishimoto: Have you received the application report? <br />Gota: Yes I have. <br />Nishimoto: Are there any changes to the report? <br />Gota: Yes, I do have a change to the Primary Decision -Maker, so we need to resolve <br />that issue. <br />Takase: They had designated somebody but that person had left, so we're in the <br />process of vetting the second person, so I think we can continue that matter until next <br />month. <br />Nishimoto: So, we will be kept up to date on that? <br />Takase: Yes. <br />Nishimoto: Director, are there any reports of protests? <br />Takase: Madame Chairman, the applicant mailed 137 out of 137 notices within 100 <br />feet, 180 out of 180 notices within 500 feet. There were 93 total properties entitled to <br />protest, there were no protests to this application. <br />Nishimoto: Is there any public testimony? <br />There was no public testimony. <br />Nishimoto: Seeing that there are none.
