F <br /> DEFRANCO: Yeah, but please state — <br /> KAWANO: First of all, I'd like to open up in saying Mr. Metzler has always <br /> been a good neighbor to us, been very fair but for me this project the impact on the community I <br /> feel we are maxing in our infrastructures right now. So it will promote a heavy traffic impact. <br /> Waimea, we have school traffic in the morning, after work traffic in the evening. I mean we're <br /> maxing. We can't even get out of our driveways now. Secondly such property when it rains <br /> heavy, heavy rain, water flows through our property into the Metzler property. It's always been a <br /> saturation point where it can absorb this flood waters and when he puts up that parking lot how is <br /> it going to egress the surrounding properties around him below him.
