I live a <br /> few hundred feet from the property described and I drive on Mamalahoa Hwy.on a daily basis. It can be extremely <br /> difficult to make a left turn onto Mamalahoa not just for me but for anyone trying to come out of any one the the <br /> side roads,whether it's a business or a residential street.From Kamamalu on going towards Hamakua,there are not <br /> enough merge lanes.Just turn lanes that are not always helpful.I've seen quite a few close calls.I've also seen <br /> drivers illegally use the turn lane as a passing lane. <br /> The traffic can also be a mess if there's an accident,road work,or tree trimming. It's bad enough at pan hang time. <br /> I feel that until the infrastructure can be improved,the change of zoning should not be approved. <br /> Thank you for your time. <br /> Sent from my iPad <br />
