If the bed and breakfast will only offer commercial <br /> cereal,pastries,breads,fruits,coffee,tea, and juice,then a food establishment permit is not <br /> required. However, the limited menu must be documented with DOH and the applicants <br /> must comply with other DOH requirements. <br /> 32. Essential Utilities and Services: Electrical, telephone and internet services are available <br /> to the subject property.
