Finalized on January 15, 2002. <br /> • July 20, 2018: Issuance of building permit no BK2018-01375 for an "As Built" <br /> addition to the permitted dwelling including an attached garage, den, and <br /> stairway. The applicant proposes to convert the den (shown on the site plan as <br /> "Owner's Studio") into a fifth bedroom.
