Road Maintenance Corporation, parking is prohibited on private roads in HOVE, and all <br /> parking shall be situated on the subject property. The applicant proposes to install a 38- <br /> stall, gravel parking area including 4 ADA compliant parking stalls. The applicant <br /> anticipates approximately 38 cars for Sunday services based on available parking, 10 to 15 <br /> vehicular trips for Tuesday services and 5 vehicle trips on Wednesday evenings. <br /> According to the applicant, these events are not expected to cause a significant or long- <br /> term increase in traffic, as they will occur outside of peak traffic hours. <br /> 24. Water: County water is not available to the subject property. The applicant proposes to <br /> install a 10,000-gallon catchment tank to serve non-potable and fire suppression water <br /> needs and will install a separate, 4,000-gallon closed water tank for potable water needs. <br /> According to the applicant, water will be trucked in to ensure sufficient potable and non- <br /> potable water needs are met. <br /> 25. Wastewater: There is no county sewer system in the area. The applicant proposes to <br /> utilize portable toilets for wastewater generated by use of the temporary tent structure and <br /> to construct a new individual wastewater system in conjunction with the permanent church <br /> structure. Based on staff consultation with the Department of Public Works, Building <br /> Division, construction of permanent bathroom facilities will be required pursuant to the <br /> Building and Plumbing Codes as part of the building permit for the permanent facility. <br /> The preceding will also require the applicant to install an individual wastewater system <br /> meeting with the requirements of the State Department of Health. <br /> 26. Other Essential Utilities and Services: Electrical service is not available to the site; thus, <br /> the applicant proposes to use a generator to provide electricity. Telephone and internet <br /> services are available via mobile networks.
