How can <br /> this benefit the Island people? <br /> will also emphasize that this Agricultural-zoned land that is being <br /> proposed by Ka'upulehu Land LLC to be re-zoned to Commercial-use <br /> land for the development of three new Commercial buildings, is located <br /> in a flood zone; per the County regulations, there is restricted use of this <br /> Agricultural land located in a flood zone, and no new buildings are <br /> allowed to be developed. <br /> am asking the planning committee to reject these applications by <br /> Ka'upulehu Land LLC. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Kurt and LaDonna Shively (Kamuela, HI 96743) <br />
