This district is distinguishedP from a <br />cetral commercial district which provides general businss and broad <br />p <br />services to a city or region. HCC § 25-5-100. <br />SLU Rural - RA-5 <br />The RA (residential and agricultural) district provides for activities or <br />uses characterized b low densityresidential lots in rural areas where <br />"ci -like" concentrations of eole, structures, streets, and urban level <br />of services are absent and where small farms are intermixed with low <br />densiTesignated <br />g residential lots. The RA district is intended to be only within <br />areas as being in the State land use rural or urban districts. <br />HCC § 25-5-50. <br />
