I have known John Metzler, the owner of this property, <br />for many years. After working with John on multiple projects, I can safely say that this subdivision will <br />be well planned, beautifully designed, completed on time and will have the best interests of the <br />community as its ultimate purpose. <br />Our young people are currently faced with a serious shortage of housing options, and most would like to <br />have the ability to contribute to the community by providing agricultural products at the many <br />wholesale and retail outlets in the area. <br />This suggests that rather than pasture land, which seems to be the default usage these days, this project <br />has been designed to be affordable enough for our young families while offering enough space for a <br />range of intensive agricultural activities.
