I have known John Metzler, the owner of this property, for many years and I am <br />familiar with the quality projects he has built over his 50+ years of doing business here. With that as a guide, I can <br />safely say that this subdivision will be well planned, beautifully designed, completed on time and will have the best <br />interests of the community as it's ultimate purpose. <br />Our young people are currently faced with a serious shortage of housing options, and most would like to have the <br />ability to contribute to the community by providing agricultural products at the many wholesale and retail outlets in <br />the area. <br />This suggests that rather than pasture land, which is seems to be the default usage these days, this project has <br />been designed to be affordable enough for our young families while offering enough space for a range of intensive <br />agricultural activities.
