I have known John Metzler, the owner of <br />this property, for over 25 years and I'm familiar with the quality projects he has built over his <br />50+ years of doing business here. With that as a guide, I can safely say that this subdivision will <br />be well planned, beautifully designed, completed on time and will have the best interests of the <br />community as it's ultimate purpose. <br />As you are all aware, our biggest export have been our children for decades and many of our <br />young people are currently faced with a serious shortage of housing options, and most would <br />like to have the ability to contribute to the community by providing agricultural products and <br />services at the many wholesale and retail outlets in the area. More so, it can further <br />supplement ones income. <br />This suggests that rather than pasture land, which is seems to be the default usage these days, <br />this project has been designed to be affordable enough for our young families while offering <br />enough space for a range of intensive agricultural activities.
