Good to see this happen under the direction of someone who cares for the <br />community, and has a desire to put a project together with the needs of the community ahead <br />of simply putting up metal warehouses. I am very supportive of the balance of the property <br />being divided into larger Tots that maintain their Ag classification and are of sufficient size that <br />they can be productively utilized. <br />I have worked with John Metzler for many years, and have the utmost confidence that this <br />subdivision will be well planned, properly executed, and will have the best interests of the <br />community in mind.
