My name is Edwina Young, I am doing the <br />administrative portion of Dizzle's. <br />Yuen: Edwina Wong Yuen, owner. <br />Nishimoto: Can you please describe the business? <br />Young: Sure, it's a full -service restaurant with bar, we're open to all public, families. <br />We'll be serving local foods, you know some of the common and some of it will be our <br />own, similar the kalbi, teriyaki, and local moco. We got a little fusion foods that we want <br />to present as well, and incorporate some other ethnic foods. You know, have a Filipino <br />food day, and tacos day. <br />Nishimoto: And this is the one where you will have karaoke during family hours and <br />after for adults? <br />Young: Yes. After 10:00 p.m. we will close the restaurant side, and we do reduced <br />menu for the karaoke bar side, and it would be just be only 21 and over after that. <br />Nishimoto: Alright, have you received the application report? <br />Young: Yes. <br />Nishimoto: Are there any changes to the report? <br />Young: No. <br />Nishimoto: Director, are there any reports of protests? <br />Takase: Madame Chairman, the applicant mailed 1 out of 1 notice within 100 feet, 25 <br />out of 25 within 500 feet.
